Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellations

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable (100%).

    • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled activity are 50% refundable.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows are non-refundable.

    • No refunds will be issued for personal reasons, including seasickness, anxiety, health issues, or equalization difficulties.

  • Cancellations Due to External Factors

    • If the activity cannot take place due to bad weather, mechanical problems, or safety concerns, King Experience will refund 100% of the payment or offer a free reschedule.

  • Safety & Liability

    • King Experience reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any activity if safety conditions are not met.

    • In the event of partial or total loss of the vessel, King Experience is not responsible for personal belongings or equipment beyond the applicable insurance coverage.
