Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable (100%).

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled activity are 50% refundable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for personal reasons, including seasickness, anxiety, health issues, or equalization difficulties.

If the activity cannot take place due to bad weather, mechanical problems, or safety concerns, King Experience will refund 100% of the payment or offer a free reschedule.
